Klaatu was the band that stupid and gullible people thought was the Beatles incognito. The band got its name from the alien in the movie The Day the Earth Stood Still, played by Michael Rennie in the original and Keanu Reeves in the remake. The character first appears in the story "Farewell to the Master" by Harry Bates. Look it up in card catalog at the library and it will say Farewell to the Master, Bates! Haha!
