When I have my place in the forest, my band will sound like this. Until Keith Moon shows up.

Hey Sem, new buds appearing in NS yet?
Avatar Sat. 3/28/15 7:37am Sem Chumbo:

@BrianiUK: Spring is coming despite the still-high snowbanks. Forced some forsythia to cheer the place up:-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Sat. 3/28/15 7:38am Brian in UK:

I need to get the rotavator turning today but wind and rain precludes that. Potatoes in on Good Friday traditionally.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Sat. 3/28/15 7:41am Brian in UK:

Sem, this is showing next week in London, would like to see it but not so likely.

Cannot say I have heard much of it, but then I don't get much. Being a Cape Bretoner, however, I can understand the sentiment of the artists fully.
Jeffrey has connections there, I believe.
Avatar Sat. 3/28/15 7:45am Sem Chumbo:

*out much*
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Sat. 3/28/15 7:57am Brian in UK:

Hey doca how are things south of the Equator? Like your avatar, is that you?
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 3/28/15 8:00am doca:

Hi, @Brian, it's not me, it's the chief space hippie from that Star Trek episode where Spock plays with the alien space hippies. Fall is coming here, the days are shorter, there's cold air in the morning, it's perfect, although you would think temperatures over here are still summer-ish. (But after months over 30ºC to have days between 18-22ºC feels like freezing)
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 3/28/15 8:01am doca:

BTW, Tuesday I've seen Jem Cohen's "Museum Hours". I highly recommend it

Great show, Jeffrey.
John, gone but not forgotten.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 3/28/15 8:55am Automaticblack:

I saw John live many times over the years, first in Edinburgh in 1990. Will always remember his cool and his amazing technique, and his performance of 'Lindsay', goosebump inducing.
Avatar Sat. 3/28/15 8:56am Reverend Fox:

Sweet Potato! A favorite as it left room for others. Remember him playing in Kilmarnock in 1967.
Avatar Sat. 3/28/15 9:00am Reverend Fox:

John, The father to many for open turnings, syncopated rhythmns. Thanks for a great show!
