...Gettin' a feeling the New Schedule is gonna be sum diffrent - ? ...Faye *has* changed slots before...
  9:44pm
Phillip (Brooklyn):

Well I'm sorry to disagree with Faye and the Halloween haters but I love Halloween and the month of October. I look forward to it all year long
  9:44pm
Ahmad:

I have no beef with a holiday that enables me to see friends play in Cure and Adventure Time-themed Stooges cover bands.
Avatar 9:44pm
yukamichi:

If I went to see them live, would that be like having an "autobody experience?"
  9:45pm
JakeGhould:

I think that some point in the late-1980s/early-1990s suddenly there was a lot of weird macho culture popping up. Like look at pro wrestling & how goofy it was back in the aryl 1980s compared to later on. Which means I was in high school in 1986 and 100% nobody cared about doing anything for Halloween since it was a kid’s holiday.
  9:46pm
cronbat:

No Faye on Saturday night?! We're gonna be seriously bummed.
  9:46pm
Phillip (Brooklyn):

I don't care much for thanksgiving and Christmas or New Year's Day. When you live alone and all your family is gone who looks forward to family holidays when have none
Avatar 9:46pm
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

@Ahmad: *Your* Halloween sounds kewl.
@JakeG.: They talk about America's Game going from bucolic Baseball to warlike Football, ferinstance (I hate Sport anyhow)...
@Phillip: Honestly? - Yeah.
  9:47pm
JakeGhould:

Well, also Halloween used to be so goofy & cutesy with some edges of gore & horror. Now kid’s just dress like murderers. Period. No creativity.

  9:50pm
JakeGhould:

Yes, a gathering of hermits. We could all share rides to the hermit gatherings. And share tables. And create a system by which fellow hermits can keep in touch with one another.
  9:52pm
Phillip (Brooklyn):

Who wants to be a hermit? I dorm want to be a hermit. When you look as hideos as I do you cant go into a singles bar and ask for as Diet Pepsi they laugh at you
  9:54pm
Cooh John:

Too bad we cannot get an extra hour of Faye with the time change.
Avatar 9:55pm
