Evicting the current tenants should be fairly easy.

I live behind a music venue and a funeral home. Every once in a while I have trouble with loud patrons leaving the former late at night. Never hear a peep out of the latter.

Looks like, probably, what's for rent is the lot next to the cemetery. Well, no need to worry about your view being blocked by future construction. Way-dug the I&P cover.

Are you sure?

Ever see "The Loved One"? They need the Jonathan Winters solution to get those stiffs off the property!

The Adult Net. I got this EP in the 80`s. Should listen to it again. Nice surprise. Thank you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 9/24/14 3:12pm Alison Porchnik:

Laura, that's one of my top 10 films. Recently, a pet crematorium began offering to send your beloved pet's remains into space. Something tells me someone there saw the movie too.

Used to be a gravedigger. After a few generations there's nothing down there, just a thin line of white crystals, and a line of rust.
  Wed. 9/24/14 3:12pm Robert:

Steve Allen was a prolific song writer & could probably write songs in his sleep, which may explain why he allegedly slept 11 hrs. a day.
Avatar Swag For Life Member    Wed. 9/24/14 3:13pm Alison Porchnik:

Sem, wouldn't that depend very much on the soil? Some remains last many centuries.
  Wed. 9/24/14 3:19pm Laura L:

@AP, definitely one of the top 10 films--so many favorite scenes. Milton Berle and the dead dog. Aimee Thanatogenos. It's superb. And yes, soil conditions matter--a stiff can turn into adipocere if conditions are right. Or I should say wrong.
Avatar    Wed. 9/24/14 3:21pm Sem Chumbo:

Good point, A.P. Where I worked it was pretty much alluvium, in a temperate zone ( right on 45 degrees of latitude) with plenty of winter and freezing, and summer heat and about 70 inches of rain a year. So the elements came into play and organic material did not have much of a chance to grow old gracefully:-/

Sure, after playing all those illegal mash-ups, essentially stealing from starving artists, it figures you'd go right into shoplifting. From local small grocery stores, I'll wager

Some home invaders break into Andy Breckmans' house and tie him up. "We're going to rape you now, Andy," the rapist says. "No, no, please don't!" Andy cries, "Is this a joke?" And the rapist replies: "Why no, Andy, of course not. Rape is not a joking matter. OK boys, roll him over!"
