Jherweg,i concur about Zappa (& Hendrix),except this:Years before i tried recreationals i drew crazy pictures that would be loads of fun to see later on,once the exploration began.
...Maybe i was naturally tripping;Maybe Zappa was naturally tripping.

played a gig many moons ago with a group called Moorgate and the Tube Disasters-the place got trashed with pigs heads being kicked around the stage. We managed to salvage some of our equipment after a hasty exit.

I'm loving the show this morning, I'm dancing in the kitchen!!!!
Avatar    Sun. 4/20/14 3:49am coelacanth:

I like Zappa's "imaginary diseases",because it's kind of "free-jazz-ish",but it's lacking something that's integral to (i.e.) David S Ware,or Cecil Taylor...He's noodling!
Avatar    Sun. 4/20/14 4:19am coelacanth:

I'm off to see the wizard. I'll still hear the radio but i thank you now for a superb program.

Good morning Jonathan. Cold, wet and overcast on the south west coast of the once great Britain - Doing some complex graphics work at home, found myself tuning into your little monologues…i just moved from central london (shoreditch) to the country near the sea…i really do think it is age thing too. Nice to go back to the city and party and then take the train home again to my village of only 700 people, with fields all around . loving the show
