Today's show is a great reminder that I need to get Arto's "Invoke" and "Salt"...I got "Aggregates" last month after not having heard it since college. Squishy and lovely.

One of my Arto stories included when I was setting up the turntables downstairs at tonic, and Arto complimented me on my gory Dinosaur Jr tee-shirt. Got to sneak out of my gig to see him play.

Fantastic to have Arto Lindsay on. Last saw him in NYC at Tonic too, long time ago now. Where will he play in July?

I once saw Arto Lindsey w/ Dj Spooky and Anti-Pop Consortium collaborate together mixtape style at Maxwells in 2001. That show blew my mind. Noise and hiphop and other beats killing it.(plus pop and touch of tropicalia).

@Sigurdur: It's amazing how singing allows someone to adopt a foreign accent perfectly. I remember hearing this guy years ago in France, standing on a corner, tapping his foot, playing harmonica, and singing in a beautiful baritone blues voice, perfect accent. I asked him What part of the States are you from, man? Turns out he was born and bred Parisian, pretty heavy French accent when speaking English.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:52pm

@Jan Audun Uretsky: The idea is not to change your password prematurely. Wait until you know that the site in question has patched the Heartbleed glitch. Otherwise, you're just leaving your new password exposed.
Avatar 2:53pm

@Gaylord, yes that's essentially what the Guardian said. So brits were correct!
