Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 8:54am Doug Schulkind:

I'll be tossing LPs on the fire. Huddle close, Gary.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 8:58am listener james from westwood:

Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:00am Doug Schulkind:

Maybe just Seals. I kinda like Crofts. Morning Listener James!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:02am listener james from westwood:

we shall croft an exception, then!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:02am ndbob:

morning Doug and everyone!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:03am listener james from westwood:

man, mention of fire and seeing this snow makes me want to move my bucket-list item of renting a cabin or other dwelling somewhere up north with a fireplace up to slot #1.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:03am Doug Schulkind:

We're still in the single digits here in Iceburgh. How about your necks of the wood?

Morning ndbob!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:04am listener james from westwood:

since i awoke, we've moved up 1 massive degree to 8!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:04am Brian in UK:

Hello folks. I will get Greenpeas onto to you james and mushypeas too. Having a whale of a time here.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:05am glenn:

seals and crofts are pretty oily. they'd burn very hot, for a brief period of time. wait, that was their musical career.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:05am Doug Schulkind:

Handsome hellos to you, Brian in UK!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:07am glenn:

it's -25 celsius here, with windchill. take that, suckahs.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:07am duke:

Good morning Drummers. It's 0 degrees here in the great frozen upstate NY. Play some hot tunes to keep us warm.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:07am listener james from westwood:

that is a wonderfully adorned album cover. much strength to you today during our review of his musical life.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:09am Doug Schulkind:

Toasty greetings to you glenn and you duke!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:10am Doug Schulkind:

Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:11am Uncle Michael:

Greetings, Drumlings.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:11am duke:

It's actually 255.372 degrees kelvin here. Makes it sound warmer
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:12am Doug Schulkind:

Howdy to you, Uncle Michael and you too, Kelvin.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:13am Doug Schulkind:

Yusef is not on lead sax here. He is in the chorus.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:13am Brian in UK:

@duke I'll pass that on to kelvin when he rings up. Any other messages?
Fri. 1/3/14 9:13am lucy in brooklyn:

hello from snowy bkln - L and T
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:14am Brian in UK:

Yusef has brought the sun out over here. Good work.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:18am ndbob:

It feels more like North Dakota here then southern Indiana
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:19am Doug Schulkind:

Hi Lucy and T!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:21am Hugo:

Pulled this one out of the record stacks the other day:

www.discogs.com...

(without the coffee stains)

And good afternoon to you all and all the best for the new year!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:22am Doug Schulkind:

We will be hearing two selections from that collection. Hugo. Among my all-time favorite Yusef recordings. (And that is saying a lot.)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:23am bobdc:

Morning Doug--can you tell us any more than "Victor 1949" about the album with this excellent version of Woody 'n You?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:23am listener james from westwood:

brian, i think we're getting a glimmer of sun, or at least thinner clouds, here, too!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:25am Doug Schulkind:

Yusef does take a tenor sax solo here!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:35am Brian in UK:

Idris Mohammed was Bill Evans too. So was Bill Evans, Bill Evans.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:39am duke:

This guy is also Bill Evans en.wikipedia.org...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:42am Doug Schulkind:

@bobdc
The matrix number for that Victor disc is Victor 20-3186.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:42am northguineahills:

awesome tribute, Doug!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:43am Doug Schulkind:

Howdy NGH!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:47am Doug Schulkind:

Twenty years later and Yusef is still performing with African drums...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:49am Hugo:

@Doug: I'm planning to put on the blog three Lateef concerts on three consecutive nights in Europe in October 1971 with this line-up:

Yusef Lateef - tenor sax, flute, oboe
Kenny Barron - piano
Bob Cunningham - bass
Albert 'Tootie' Heath - drums

Sounds interesting, no?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:49am Brian in UK:

Nigeria through Burundi & onwards
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:49am Doug Schulkind:

..except this one was recorded in Africa. In Zaria, Nigeria.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:50am Doug Schulkind:

Sounds great, Hugo!! A little later, i will be playing something from that quartet live at Montreux in 1970.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:51am Gary:

This is an awesome track
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:51am Brian in UK:

@Hugo ever been to Montreux?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:54am still b/p:

A minus 2 good morning.
Temperature in the bedroom reads 45. I had the thermometer at floor level in there yesterday out of curiosity and it said 40. Got bundled in the big-guns sort of cold protection layers to walk somewhere last evening when it was minus 4. I was HOT within minutes. For a longer walk today, what, just a smoking jacket and earmuffs?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 9:58am listener james from westwood:

i'm exceptionally lucky. my windows suck (single-pane casement), but i am on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building occupied mostly by seniors who crank their heat starting in october. consequently it's 68 in here and i'm not paying for the platinum coke spoon for the CEO of the local power combine.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:00am duke:

We lost power for about 8 hours last night. Ran the generator to power important stuff: heat, internet so I could listen to Sinner's Crossroads
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:00am Artie:

Ahhhh.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:02am Hugo:

@Brian: Yes, in 2000, I think, but unfortunately not during the jazz festival. As this was in summer, we went all the way up to the St. Bernhard pass from where you can cross over into italy. Had a lunch meal, went to look at the dogs and brought with me a couple of souvenir bottles of strong stuff, which, would you believe, are still unopened!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:03am Doug Schulkind:

still b/p and Artie, grab a blanket and a dive in!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:03am Brian in UK:

@still b/p bet the old chap went south, what-ho.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:03am northguineahills:

(adds platinum coke spoon to my bucket wish list.)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:03am Stanley:

Happy New Year everyone
(Listening quietly at the back)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:04am Doug Schulkind:

Couldn't hear you over the hissing radiator. What'd you say, Stanley?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:06am Doug Schulkind:

Bassist Ernie Farrow is playing here a rabat or, sometimes called a rebob.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:06am Mark:

Tuning in late, thanks so much for the Lateef program Doug...
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:06am marcury:

Happy Snow day all! Oh and New Year too!
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:07am marcury:

Bob again?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:07am Doug Schulkind:

Mark, meet marcury. On your marks!
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:09am marcury:

Get set...

DOH!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:09am Brian in UK:

Hugo, funnily enough, I have a lovely Bill Evans trio with Gomez & DeJohnette from 1968 at Montreux.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:09am Mark:

This South American shit is the only soundtrack for 8 inches of snow and 10 degrees.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:10am earrie:

I'm glad you took the time to put this show together, Doug.
Good morning.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:10am Brian in UK:

Doh, a deer. Montreux it all connects.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:11am Doug Schulkind:

So glad you're glad, earrie!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:11am Uncle Michael:

Don't tell Jelly Roll that there's anything wrong with calling it jass.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:11am Mark:

I'm a different Mark than the other Mark btw.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:13am Doug Schulkind:

A little later in the show, I will play Yusef's "I Be Cold." One of my all-time all-time favorites. It will sound extra extra wonderful today.

I figured that Mark. Besides, you don't look markish.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:15am Doug Schulkind:

You can hear the influence on Yusef of Dizzy Gillespie's forays intro Afro-Cuban sounds big-time in this number.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:21am ndbob:

Just walked out to get my mail from yesterday - about a one block walk - this would be considered a nice winter day in North Dakota even though it's two degrees - sunny and no wind
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:22am Doug Schulkind:

You traded up in the weather department, ndbob!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:22am listener james from westwood:

it's all relative. we're creeping toward double digits at 9 right now in bergen county. average that out w/ the near-70-degree december day we had last year.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:23am Doug Schulkind:

Folks, you might want to have a defibrillator handy to get you through the oboe solo coming up next...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:25am Jeff Golick:

To Bro Doug and all other bros (& bras?):

Just quickly popping in to say that the snow day for NYC schools has rendered my listening choices quite moot this fine morning.

Looking forward to enjoying this one via the magic of the archive.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:26am Hugo:

@Brian: You can purchase a box of Miles Davis concerts in Montreux. Yusef Lateef played at the Kongsberg Jazz Festival and I have a download of excerpts of concerts once shown on tv here. He's in there somewhere.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:27am earrie:

'Happyology'. This course is currently an independent study course. Consider the following: what makes people everywhere happy? What makes ___ happy? What makes you happy?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:28am earrie:

(Imagining some imaginary course listing.)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:32am Brian in UK:

@earrie I just took the 'smile' module.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:33am kat330:

A big hello, Doug, and drummersomes! Had chores to complete earlier, but now the last is done in filling our bird feeders for the dear feathered ones!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:33am ndbob:

@Doug yep - though Monday and Tuesday will be bad even by ND standards - could hit minus 15 here - the difference is that by next weekend - and hopefully for the next couple weeks - highs in the 40s - Jamestown was minus 28 the other day
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:34am kat330:

And now this fine Lateef, oboe being one of my favorite instruments.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:34am ndbob:

I'm really looking forward the the premiere of the Bodega Pop show - on my birthday no less!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:34am Doug Schulkind:

@Jeff Golick
Your mayor's doing a helluva job! At least he's got the NY Public School children's vote.

@kat330
Big hello back atcha.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:35am Doug Schulkind:

@ndbob
Fingers X'd! We're aiming for 1/15, 7-10pm.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:36am ndbob:

Yep:) already have the show page bookmarked
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:36am ndbob:

Heya kat!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:37am Doug Schulkind:

Friends, this is what ndbob is referring to: bodegapop.blogspot.com...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:37am kat330:

Howdy, Bob! We only got a dusting of snow down here. How about bayou?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:37am Richard from Venezuela:

Happy new year to Doug and all the listeners. Nice to listen this special live.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:38am Doug Schulkind:

RICHARD FROM VENEZUELA! How've you been?!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:40am kat330:

Oh, this sound is so sweet -- charming.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:40am Richard from Venezuela:

@Doug: Great. Ready for another year of great finds in music.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:40am Doug Schulkind:

This Cannonball Adderley set is live at the Village Vanguard in NYC.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:41am listener james from westwood:

my dad was careful to fill all the bird feeders last night before the storm. he figured they'd need it come this saturday when the temps break zero.
wonderful, wonderful show at the halfway mark. go doug go!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:41am ndbob:

@kat about two inches - the problem is, that while the path to the parking lot here has been cleared off, the sidewalk to the mailbox - a bit of a walk - is iced over - there's enough crunchy snow behind the cars to go there though
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:41am Doug Schulkind:

Cannonball -alto
Nat Adderley - trumpet
Joe Zawinul - piano
Sam Jones - bass
Louis Hayes - drums

Yusef Lateef - oboe (and tenor and flute)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:43am Doug Schulkind:

As with Syn-Athesia, this Mopp Shoe Blues is a Lateef composition.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:44am marcury:

Bodega Pop looks like a winner
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:44am glenn:

a cute nature story. www.thestar.com...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:46am kat330:

@James: Yes, well we still had one more than half full overnight, but the big kahuna -- four silos glommed together with many perches -- was empty. Normally Philo does it because I can't reach without a step ladder, but he forgot it last night and this morning. Yes, we will have very cold temps on Monday here.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:47am Doug Schulkind:

Bodega Pop's daddy, Gary Sullivan, will probably be doing a test show on the Drummer Stream sometime this weekend. Keep listening and hear history!
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:50am mr c:

Great album! Joel Dorn production..Happy New Year Doug!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:50am earrie:

Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:52am Doug Schulkind:

Warm greetings to you, mr. c! The Joel Dorn/Yusef Lateef partnership produced many miracles.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:52am Doug Schulkind:

Next up... one of THE heaviest.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:52am kat330:

Here's a rather tame fox! www.youtube.com...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:54am glenn:

i'm a big fan of the fox.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:54am Mark:

When my friend was just starting to play drums, he'd been in his band for about a month, he wasn't very good yet, and they got a gig playing a PRISON! They're doing the gig, playing along, and an inmate stands up and yells, "Give the drummer some!" So what choice did he have? He did, as he put it, his best "kick the drum set down the stairs" drum solo, and that was a wrap! (The name of your show always reminds me of this story.) GREAT GREAT show today, and very classy to pay tribute to the very under-exposed Yusef Lateef.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:55am Doug Schulkind:

@Mark
I have long contemplated doing a show of all music recorded in prison! Thanks for the nudge.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:56am Parq:

Just signing in now, but caught most of the first hour at home. One more hour to go, and looking very much forward to it. Hope you are coping successfully with your interconnect glitches.
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:57am Mark:

Well, there's Johnny Cash, of course. I think B.B. King maybe did one. Who else?
  Fri. 1/3/14 10:57am mr c:

The Escorts Live at the Rahway State Prison...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:58am ndbob:

ty Glenn and kat - reminds me of a story - in the summer i go back to Baltimore and stay with a freind of my mom's... it's an old suburban neighborhood, with a large number of Ultra Orthodox Jews.. one Shabat I was driving pasta group walking to Shul, and right next to them a fox was strolling by - pretty odd
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:58am glenn:

there's a quebecois movie called le party, about a band playing in a prison, and ensuing lowjinks. it's pretty good.
www.imdb.com...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 10:59am Parq:

John Lee Hooker released a set performed at Soledad. My then-teenage sister bought it for me purely on the strength of its having been recorded at a prison.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:01am Doug Schulkind:

@mr c
"Oh please oh please oh please, just gimme one more chance." !!! (One of the few recordings my in prison...by prisoners.)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:05am Doug Schulkind:

One of the greatest ever drummers, the New Orleans genius James Black, is on this track. Laying down the baddest groove ever laid down. Ever. Ever. Ever.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:07am Doug Schulkind:

And by bad, I mean badd.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:08am kat330:

How's he getting that sharp slapping sound? Rim?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:09am kat330:

Which he's not done again since I posted the question, of course! :)
  Fri. 1/3/14 11:10am mr c:

Doug..I'm impressed!! That's why we give the drummer some!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:11am Doug Schulkind:

@kat330
Voodoo.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:12am Doug Schulkind:

Yusef here, rather unusually, on alto sax.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:12am kat330:

Ah, well, I wondered if it was some surface not ordinarily found in a drumkit.
  Fri. 1/3/14 11:15am mr c:

Really good show today...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:16am Doug Schulkind:

It's going to be an all-Yusef January for me. Three hours just scratches the surface...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:17am kat330:

On Tuesdays, too?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:19am Jesse K:

I said that to myself when I woke up this morning, something tells me Doug's gonna play Yusef all month. That's a great thing!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:20am northguineahills:

I guess 'Don't go back to Rockville' doesn't apply in this instance.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:20am ndbob:

@Doug I remember buying lots of cutouts at that Peaches - once a large stack of prewar country reissues - mostly on County
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:24am ndbob:

@Doug that Ukrainian record is great!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:25am listener james from westwood:

outstanding shout-out in those notes.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:26am Uncle Michael:

Moving...beautiful...and I'm sure, humbling.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:26am Santos L Halper:

Thanks for that Doug! Very cool.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:26am ndbob:

indeed James!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:27am Jesse K:

left lung, definitely
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:29am Doug Schulkind:

I haven't breathed without trembling since first reading that in 1998. An incredibly generous thing for Mr. Dorn to write.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:30am Santos L Halper:

We be warm now
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:31am Doug Schulkind:

Thanks for halping, Santos!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:32am Parq:

This first track of this set must have been recorded in my office.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:33am Brian in UK:

Has someone been peeling onions in here.
  Fri. 1/3/14 11:34am Señor Andy:

Brrrr…illiant
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:34am Doug Schulkind:

@kat330
No, I think I save Yusef for the Friday shows. The Tuesday shows will continue to meander down silly paths of one theme or another.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:34am Parq:

Doug, just read the story from your blog. Man, what a memory to treasure!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:35am Doug Schulkind:

Happy revelation!! There are FIVE Fridays in January this year. Wow!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:36am kat330:

First the moo and then the cowbell.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:36am kat330:

@doug: OK, thanks!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:36am Santos L Halper:

On a lighter note, the goaty sounds on this track are cracking my kids up : )
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:37am Parq:

Friday the Thirteenth comes on a Monday this month. Just a heads-up.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:38am Holly in NC:

Morning everyone! I'm almost hesitant to share that it's a relatively balmy 28°F here in Durham, and very sunny. Still windy as heck though.

What a super song this is!. I am shaking my ash. :-)

From a picture of Yusef appearing on the cover of this record 10 Years Hence, I made this watch: blogfiles.wfmu.org...

Glad you're warm, Holly. You had some hellish hot days last summer. You deserve a break.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:40am Doug Schulkind:

Yusef preferred not revealing what "instrument" he was using to create the croaking sound on this cut. Sealhorn is the usual guess.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:41am kat330:

Hey, Holly, and Happy New Year! We had mid-40's on NYE and NY day, so not too shabby here either.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:41am Brian in UK:

You right-handed, Doug?
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:41am Uncle Michael:

How do I follow this? I ask you.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:42am Uncle Michael:

The attempt will occur here: wfmu.org...

*sigh*
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:42am Doug Schulkind:

During the course of January, I will be playing every track (4 more) from this album. Each a masterwork.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:43am Doug Schulkind:

You beat me to it, Uncle Michael! (again)

Yes, the congregation shall congregate over here at noon (eastern): wfmu.org...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:43am kat330:

Well, that's sure ONE way to get warm fast. :)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:44am Stanley:

That's the best 'baaaa!' noise sample I've ever heard.
Great track, great show Doug.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:45am Doug Schulkind:

Next up is my FAVORITE song. Yeah.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:45am Doug Schulkind:

Thaaaank you Stanley.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:46am Doug Schulkind:

Yusef stood over me and bowed and said, "and here is a song for my new friend here." Then played Russell and Eliot.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:46am listener james from westwood:

if ever there were a day to float some chicken gyoza and tofu slices in steaming hot miso, it's today. i think that'll start when i hear my first "hinky dinky."
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:47am Holly in NC:

@kat330 - Happy New Year backatcha! Glad you're taking care of your birds.

I am currently caring for chickens, who surprisingly(to me) seem quite weather-impervious/oblivious. Their human parents assured me they'd be fine through this weather, and that summer is more dangerous. Huh!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:48am Uncle Michael:

I'm honored, James.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:49am listener james from westwood:

will be accenting it with green onions from the hinky dinky supermart!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:49am kat330:

@Holly: I should have added bright, blue skies, sunny days (except yesterday) for the New Year here, too. Despite the incredibly steep rise in birdseed since buying my first feeder, we're still managing. Costs more than buying human grains now!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:50am kat330:

@James: Oooooh, I ♥ miso soup!! Delish!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:51am Brian in UK:

Only FIVE Fridays in January. Have to have a word with this guy Julian. Nice one, Doug, beautifully compiled.
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:52am ndbob:

excellent tribute Doug!
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:52am Holly in NC:

Lunch today w/b a classic French omelette w. a splash of homemade chix stock added while beating the eggs, rolled around a light dusting of gruyere. To be eaten with a dandelion green & mache salad dressed w. a few drops of red wine vinegar & olive oil, and maybe a small slice of homemade chix liver mousse.

Took me longer to type that than it will to make, that's the beauty of it all! :-)
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:52am kat330:

@Doug: Great program today, emotional ending...
Avatar Fri. 1/3/14 11:53am ndbob:
