  Mon. 10/15/12 12:08pm Looms:

Wow! I'm not late today. Hi all!
Mon. 10/15/12 12:12pm Brian in UK:

Hello Irene. Sean, getting a bit nippy too. Saw a big rainbow today (in curved air too)
I was thinking how much good music from this time came out on Warners/Reprise.
Avatar Mon. 10/15/12 12:17pm Irene:

Hi Folks! Good to be back after a trip to the Left Coast! I hope some of you will consider supporting WFMU's Silent Fundraiser-- 31 Days of October. Go to our homepage wfmu.org for info, and to see the new swag for pledgers. As you know I missed a week, but you were hopefully treated well by the awesome Ira the K. On my end, a goodle rekkid show is in store for today as we settle into some autumn weather. Glad to have you All on board!
  Mon. 10/15/12 12:28pm KP:

Mon. 10/15/12 12:33pm Matt from Springfield:

Hello Irene and everyone!
Warm orange and yellow playlist with your mellow music, perfect for this cloudy, rainy on-and-off autumn day!
  Mon. 10/15/12 12:38pm KP:

Well thanks much. That sure impressed Mrs. KP. Hearing you talk about Sf while we're here is wonderful.
Mon. 10/15/12 12:54pm Sean in Bristol, UK:

Really loved the track from Efterklang
  Mon. 10/15/12 1:15pm KP:

Robert Plant, marvellous, superb
Avatar Mon. 10/15/12 1:43pm Irene:

If any of you are curious, I have pictures of the sets I saw at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival here: www.flickr.com...
  Mon. 10/15/12 1:44pm KP:

Pledge. Pledge. Pledge. Irene needs you and you need Irene.
Mon. 10/15/12 1:50pm Sean in Bristol, UK:

@KP, popped my pledge in the post, another great T shirt heading my way
  Mon. 10/15/12 1:50pm Mr. Elliot:

I can't believe Robin played on the backporch Stage. I saw him with minus three at my last HSB three years ago - a real highlight of the Rooster Stage in 2009. I went to them every year since HSB2 in 2002 through 2009. Miss it terribly, but except for my new gig here in DC I would have been there with bells on...
  Mon. 10/15/12 1:57pm dale:

nice to hear magna carta on the radiola
  Mon. 10/15/12 1:59pm dale:

i think 'ring of stones' is on this disc. it has a wild rick wakeman keyboard freakout on it.
Avatar Mon. 10/15/12 1:59pm Irene:

Hey Mr. E, it was nice to see Robyn do a solo thing for once. You can see a stream from the Arrow stage here: www.hardlystrictlybluegrass.com

And thanks Sean! You've served over and above the call...
  Mon. 10/15/12 2:00pm KP:

Sean, cool. Looks like a great shirt. Simple is best for a T.
Avatar Mon. 10/15/12 2:03pm Irene:

Right Dale! I just pulled this Magna Carta disc out of my stacks this morning. I may play some more another week soon.
  Mon. 10/15/12 2:03pm KP:

I picked up a little Jabra soundbox for this trip. Works with iphone via bluetooth, sounds like it was made for this show.
  Mon. 10/15/12 2:04pm KP:

Irene we're headed down the road. See ya.
  Mon. 10/15/12 2:05pm KP:

PLEASE PLEDGE.
Avatar Mon. 10/15/12 2:09pm Irene:

Thanks for the plug KP (and everybody). We have a goal to make by the end of the month! Not to mention bills to pay. Evey little bit helps.

Mon. 10/15/12 2:33pm Sean in Bristol, UK:

I have run out of superlatives for the music we are hearing tonight
Mon. 10/15/12 2:41pm Matt from Springfield:

@Sean: I run out of superlatives listening to FMU in general! :)

Like how the drummer here plays with brushes, but just *lingers* so you can feel the brush running along the drum. Wonderful beyond description!
Mon. 10/15/12 2:49pm Sean in Bristol, UK:

@Matt, brushes on a side drum, so relaxing
Mon. 10/15/12 2:50pm Matt from Springfield:

I definitely agree, Sean!
