Listener comments!

Thu. 10/4/12 3:05pm Matt from Springfield:

Hi Ted!
Most people like Eddie Floyd, though not all want to allocate Federal money to him. (I think Eddie Floyd needs MORE Federal funds...)
  Thu. 10/4/12 3:19pm Debbie D:

Be sure to pledge to Ted's show! It's up there in the left corner.
Avatar Thu. 10/4/12 3:20pm Ted:

Yeah, thanks. Like Debbie said...
Thu. 10/4/12 3:20pm Neal in Vermont:

The house sho be Rockin' tonight!
  Thu. 10/4/12 3:34pm seang:

this is perfect
Thu. 10/4/12 3:44pm Matt from Springfield:

Good George Jones. And Jeannie Seely, never heard of her before!
Avatar Thu. 10/4/12 3:47pm efd:

This is a more faithful cover than the Rare Earth version I played last night.
Thu. 10/4/12 3:50pm Matt from Springfield:

Hey Evan!

This Rascals version of "Slow Down" is very good! I was just thinking of this when Ted played Larry Williams up there. I know the Beatles recorded some of his songs, but I haven't really heard Larry's originals.
  Thu. 10/4/12 3:53pm Tom:

I saw The Byrds in 1969 at the Atlantic City Pop Festival, and their album, 5th Dimension, is my all time favorite!
Thu. 10/4/12 3:55pm Matt from Springfield:

Wow Tom! Who else was playing there?
Thu. 10/4/12 4:00pm Matt from Springfield:

Studio A or C, be wary of Turntable 2! Don't know what it is about #2! :)

And yes Ted, good Single File! Something for everyone!
Avatar Thu. 10/4/12 4:09pm Ted:

Thanks, Matt.
  Thu. 10/4/12 4:27pm Tom:

Atlantic City Pop Festival was held a few weeks before Woodstock. It didn't rain at all for the 3 day festival. Most of the bands that played Woodstock appeared on stage. Highlights were Butterfield, CCR, Booker T. and the MGs, and B.B. King.
Thu. 10/4/12 4:30pm Matt from Springfield:

Love Slade--and influenced as the 'Ments were by power pop, they sound SO natural tackling "Gudbye T'Jane"!
Thu. 10/4/12 4:34pm Matt from Springfield:

@Tom: Sounds cool! Bluesy and Byrdsy.
Thu. 10/4/12 4:38pm Matt from Springfield:

Wow, King of Soul doing "Something"! YES!

Good job bringing it back to the need to pledge! I'm going to drop some bills in the new Turntable #2 jar when I get home.
Thu. 10/4/12 4:40pm Matt from Springfield:

Memphis Jug Band!!! Unmistakable sound!
Thu. 10/4/12 4:48pm Matt from Springfield:

"Victoria"!! Another unmistakable riff, it brings me happiness!
Thu. 10/4/12 4:58pm Matt from Springfield:

Interesting show, terrific last set! Thanks Ted!
  Thu. 10/4/12 5:01pm Debbie D:

Yeah, Wednesday the 17th. Thanks, Ted.
Avatar Thu. 10/4/12 5:04pm Ted:
