:-(
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:05pm Danne D:

Agreed Dan B :(
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:06pm Danne D:

They should let Bronwyn turn on a comments board once a week so we can say hi :)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:06pm Dan B From Upstate:

I hope it's temporary, Danne.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:06pm Ralphine:

Lady Gaga! Cool!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:06pm emmagineering:

THUUUUNK TAAAAAANK! (i've been in the ttank all week. listening to archived shows.)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:07pm FrankenNewYork:

Have you seen"Artist makes working helicopter out of his dead pet"? I can't send the link here, sorry. Thank you both for the show.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:07pm ...:

  Tue. 6/5/12 7:07pm emmagineering:

look. noone threw a softball to put me in there.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:08pm woj:

  Tue. 6/5/12 7:12pm Mike East:

Here's the link from WFMU's twitter: http://ow.ly/1Ne6WJ
Later announced that a free ticket drawing would chosen by CatCopter.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:16pm Matt from Springfield:

Hello Thunkers!
Normally I'm an Archive listener, but after seeing the sad news this morning I rushed home to listen and comment live. Glad I made this End of the Year Party!
Tue. 6/5/12 7:18pm Matt from Springfield:

To make an authentic End of the [School] Year Party, we should have bacon donuts and juiceboxes of pure HFCS.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:19pm Hockey Fan:

Let's try to be optimistic. Hmmm. Howzabout:

This show's in better shape than the Devils. :-)

Nah. Not really working. Maybe:

Bronwyn's been here for yonks. She'll be back.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:20pm Matt from Springfield:

@G: "Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle's Laundry" sounds positively Pythonesque; I wonder if Ms. Potter had characters with names like that.

@Frank/Mike: You can make your dead pet into a diamond, but a helicopter? Totally untapped market here. Get on it while it's hot!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:20pm Danne D:

@Hockey Fan :P Devils are comin' back!

And hopefully Thunk Tank will too! :)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:21pm Listener Kat:

@Danne D I hope so toooo
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:21pm Dan B From Upstate:

An odd thought... since this is the callerless call in show, the show could easily continue as a podcast. Just sayin'.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:24pm Matt from Springfield:

@Dan B: I was thinking the same thing!
I'm confident Bronwyn C. will be back as well, such a long and non-continuous history on FMU. Hope Jay returns with her though!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:25pm ...:

that sucks you guys you will be gone for summer. :(. How will I keep up with putin now?
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:26pm Ike:

I'll miss the show, but as Matt points out, Bronwyn has a very non-continuous history here, so she'll come back, just like a persistent rash. But nicer. :)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:27pm Hockey Fan:

Maybe Ken thought Jay was calling it in or something :P :P
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:27pm Ralphine:

I tossed a dwarf back when dwarf-tossing was legal.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:27pm Danne D:

@Ike very nicely used the rash analogy as opposed to, say, the cold sore analogy :)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:31pm Ralphine:

That song remind me of Wake Up, Wake Up, Black Man.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:31pm Danne D:

I gotta head out Thunkers but I'll hopefully catch the end in the car.

Bronwyn and Jay we'll miss you on air but hope you keep your WFMU presence alive on the webs and the twitters as well as our hearts. Come back soon <3 !!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:32pm Dan B From Upstate:

Basketball Jones 4 Life!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:33pm Listener Kat:

*stifles sobs at her desk*
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:34pm woj:

somehow, a podcast doesn't have the same feel as an on-air radio show. though, being a net-only listener since moving away from nj, is anything really still on the air anymore for me? i'll miss the show, that's for sure...but there are still the archives to relive especially, if like me, you've forgotten everything you've heard 30 minutes after hearing it.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:34pm Matt from Springfield:

Catch ya later, Danne!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:35pm Mike East:

Seeya DD.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:35pm woj:

should listener kat get a refund or another show named for her?
Tue. 6/5/12 7:35pm Matt from Springfield:

Steady yourself for the coming Zombocalypse!
Tue. 6/5/12 7:37pm Matt from Springfield:

@woj: On the contrary, I think Listener Kat got a very long deal! She'll remain the adopter of Thunk Tank *until* it comes back and accepts another adopter!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:37pm Listener Kat:

@woj nah. I got my money's worth and then some :)
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:38pm woj:

ahhhh, i see your logic there, matt...and of course, listener kat's statement trumps all. huzzah!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:42pm emmagineering:

:( no more thunk tank is terrible news. it's been a great run.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:43pm Ralphine:

You have to grab the Miracle Nutrition show when you have the chance, though.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:44pm Old People Smell Fetishist:

Some of us DO, you know! That sounded hurtful...
Tue. 6/5/12 7:46pm Matt from Springfield:

I know clearance investigators! I'll ask if they've ever performed divination using your lady part records and chicken feathers and blood, to see if you seem a threat.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:47pm drewo:

I'll be thunkin' of you Bronwyn. The Olympics would be so much better with some Sportsy Talk.
Tue. 6/5/12 7:50pm Matt from Springfield:

@drewo: We need only pull out a fine Archive from the temperature-regulated WFMU cellar, and be thunk with delight!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:51pm Chris:

Happy trails, Thunkers!
Tue. 6/5/12 7:54pm Matt from Springfield:

Thunk Tank with Bronwyn and Jay, brought to you by Listener Kat in Chicago, bacon lube, vestibule widening, and financial support from Listeners Like You. Thank you.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:54pm Listener Terry:

Goodbye Comrades. Keep up the good fight. Will miss you terribly.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:55pm woj:

brown noise
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:55pm Dan B From Upstate:

I got into Bronwyn and Kelly's show about a month or two before it ended, and I was disappointed, because it was great. I'm incredibly happy that I was able to listen to Thunk Tank for it's two year entirety, and I hope it comes back really soon.
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:56pm b-minus:

its so sad to see thunk tank go. . . thank you both for what you do so well
Tue. 6/5/12 7:57pm Matt from Springfield:

I'll miss the Brainiacs, but I wish you both luck and hope you will return, better than ever! Try to get fill-ins for 7SD! SUW! Chris T!

Much pleasure and enlightenment these past couple years!
Bis nächsten mal!
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:57pm Ralphine:

  Tue. 6/5/12 7:57pm Scuttle:

Awwww Jays song has never been more poignant-
  Tue. 6/5/12 7:58pm seang:

  Tue. 6/5/12 7:58pm woj:

Tue. 6/5/12 7:58pm Listener Dave from Seattle:

Tue. 6/5/12 7:58pm pgw in mntclr:
