You see a blanket on the ground. It's your favorite color, smooth and soft. You can sit on it, or lie on it. It's a flying blanket, and you are the pilot. You are in control. You can fly anywhere you wish, just by thinking about it. You are the pilot.

  Mon. 11/21/11 9:45pm Ya Ya:

Brilliant. I went to Wal Mart 1 time and didn't buy anything
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:47pm PB:

You gotta love this over-the-top bombastic soundtrack music. What unadulterated schlock. Works great with the commentary though.
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:51pm dude #8:

I'm just tuning in. is the OWS stuff going to be on the whole show? Cuase I seemed to have missed the best stuff.
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:53pm Dan B:

@Dude #8, we'll be all over the place tonight, back and forth
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:53pm PB:

Donnie Darko is one weird movie. I watched it with my son and had no clue what was going on.
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:57pm Ike:

I wasn't that impressed with Donnie Darko. I could see what they were going for, but the basic plot was just a bunch of re-heated sci-fi/fantasy cliches mixed with nostalgia, to my mind.
  Mon. 11/21/11 9:59pm dude #8:

Thanks!
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:03pm Nina:

I'm big on the soothing surf. Can we keep listening to that? I feel like I need it this week. Or The Necks, it sort of has the same effect.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:04pm Dan B:

Yes, Nina, I will try to provide some soothing interludes, worry not
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:15pm dave:

loving this, buit it's definitely not yr typical omar souleyman track.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:19pm Ya Ya:

Whoa I say Whoa. This is hard hitting
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:19pm a.:

is this alex jones or something? all this anti-fed, anti-income tax "blame the govt, not the big banks" talk seems right up his alley.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:19pm dave:

nice of this fox commentator to tell the ows protesters that their movement is being co-opted, then tell them what their demands should be.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:22pm Ike:

My blood pressure rose really quickly during that first Faux News audio excerpt.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:22pm Dan B:

heh heh love yr comments keep em coming. I'm giving thanks for my listeners tonight!
Mon. 11/21/11 10:24pm The Count of Al Dente:

Is that still Omar playing?
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:25pm Dan B:

He's still there, yes, along with Nirvana
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:25pm PB:

In retrospect, was Nirvana really that good. I don't think so.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:28pm dave:

rand paul just wants americans to have the freedom to turn tricks and shoot smack. is that so wrong?
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:30pm PB:

@Dan B, these sound collages are interesting as hell to listen to.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:30pm a.:

@P.B. Nirvana was a fine ripoff of the Pixies, the Wipers and Boston.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:32pm PB:

@ Dan B, just to clarify, I meant that last comment as a compliment.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:33pm Dan B:

Thanks PB
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:36pm PB:

Shakti, as in John McLaughlin? Awesome.
Mon. 11/21/11 10:39pm The Count of Al Dente:

Dan, is this processing you're doing?
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:43pm Joe Mulligan:

My god at first I thought you are playing Stephan Mathieu's Radioland about the archangels, but i realized its a sort of slow biebs style jam!
Mon. 11/21/11 10:43pm The Count of Al Dente:

Okay, I follow.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:45pm Joe Mulligan:

And thanks for the waves.. Sounds like 1'- 2' shorebreak
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:49pm Dan B:

@Joe, hey my friend, yeah, I do like my paulstretch -- lots of nice possibilities and no need to render before playing. Adobe Audition in real time is another secret card up my sleeve.
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:51pm Julie:

sorry I'm late I was turning tricks and shooting smack
  Mon. 11/21/11 10:52pm Dan B:

  Mon. 11/21/11 11:25pm tony:

Hamburger Lady on the turntable ... looks like I won't be sleeping tonight.
