ngh: the barras/demierre was kinda off the cuff, too, because i asked them to do this performative interview thing after their set. you can hear the set of course on the archives, or find stuff on ubuweb. their "official" releases are fantastic, but they're on a tenny french label and can be a bit hard to find. (though a three-disc set has been sitting at academy for a good price for eons.)
