Iran holds a special place in my travelling heart. While I am not from there, some distant family moved there in the early 60s. It was the first foreign country I ever visited (in 1977) at an impressionable age.

I'm hoping to see that branch of the family later this year, either in Dubai or Turkey since returning to Iran would be logistically difficult.
