  3:11pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

  3:11pm
david-ie:

  3:12pm
sinister dexter:

i love your show Fabio
  3:12pm
Louisville Dan:

Failing in Kentucky!
  3:14pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

I'm failing to find the forms I need
  3:23pm
Mike East:

I can fax you our W9, COI, or a CC Authorization form if you like
  3:26pm
For/|\:

Form follows form.. after form and form and this form and don't forget to fill out that box right there.
  3:26pm
BSI:

DCE, they followed Function, I believe. It's a place to start, anyway.
  3:30pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

pushin' papers is what I does best
  3:31pm
Parq:

Is "Tenshoutan" movie music? Sounds like it could be.
  3:36pm
don:

i don't think Kokkyou Junreika is movie music (i could be wrong) but JA Seazer did do a lot of film and theatrical music.
  3:42pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Irwin called it a "Fundraising Bloodbath"
  3:42pm
Cecile:

awesome show so far, "fabs"
  3:43pm
BSI:

"Bloodbath" seems a bit more urgent than "birdbath" perhaps...
  3:43pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Scott sounds like a real Lee Marvin-style tough guy!
  3:44pm
Cecile:

You call this FOOD?
  3:47pm
don:

your pronounciation was not too bad!! but 'geinoh' is pronounced 'gay-noh'... 'Kokkyou' is like 'coke-yo'...
the 'jinriki' title translates by desktop widget to "Speech draft for human powered airplane". makes no sense to me...
geinoh yamashirogumi is 'geinoh yamashiro group'. yamashiro shoji was the composer conductor for 'akira.' not sure who or what geinoh is.
that's all i've got to say!

Since Fabio mentioned the Loews Jersey:
http://loewsjersey.org
PATH to Journal Sq., then just up the stairs and across the street. 11 min. from WTC.
  3:56pm
TJ:

I was a big fan of that akira soundtrack as a younger person. Brings back memories!
  4:04pm
don:

i should add that there is more than one version of the Akira OST. the CD i have is VDR-1538 on Victor Japan, which is performed by Geinoh Yamashirogumi, and includes some movie dialog but no track called "Mutation." since i actually missed Fabio playing this track i can't wait to listen to the archive and hear what it is.
also, Kokkyou Junreika=Border pilgrim song
so that WASN'T all i had to say...

  4:27pm
dc pat:

  4:28pm
dc pat:

I'd like to see Wanda Jackson tonight...with some rippin rocka band backing her up.
  4:28pm
thermik:

...of the ocean *g
  4:29pm
dc pat:

"backing her up" I spent the entire day on disaster recovery document. I don't know how many times I've typed "back up"...Ugh.
  4:31pm
Eric:

my translation from German:
Machines of war, go get a beer (Hölle=Hell Molle=beer jug)
and
Spule 4=Reel 4
Enjoying the show!
greetz from Holland
  4:32pm
dc pat:

sure it's not War Machines, Fart Your Beer?
  4:33pm
J.C. Black:

Mutants will live foreever in TEXAS...
  4:33pm
Ike:

These sounds are spectaca-gorgeo-lliant today.
  4:34pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Jimmy Carl Black you dead
  4:38pm
thermik:

ure right eric, i guessed it was a typo. but now i see its a joke :-)
  4:42pm
Eric:

Ein Prosit, herr DJ! That's some excellent weirdness you're broadcasting right now.
  4:45pm
The Failure of Typing:

Actually, it's Holle, and the typos are Fabio's (Krieg, not Kreig...Holle, not Molle)
  4:47pm
BSI:

I shoulda taken German in school: All that jabber between songs in the live Grobschnitt records would make sense..... Or no, maybe it's better this way..
  4:48pm
FAbio:

Thanks for the corrections, but I entered as they appear on the CDr incorrect though they may be...
  4:51pm
The Failure of Typing:

The Failure of CDrs...
  4:57pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

failure of my corporate overlords to keep me chained to my desk...goodnight moon, goodnight air.
  5:01pm
Eric:

Oh well, I love this kind of missnuderstanding.
Es war schön, aber ich muss leider jetzt schlafen gehen. Gute Nacht freunde! (oder gute Morgen, wie Sie wollen)
  5:04pm
st:

failure of outer space
  5:07pm
Cecile:

this show is transportaspirational.
  5:08pm
Will:

I have little knowledge of French, but that sounds like 'The Closed Eyes' to me.
  5:09pm
Chris from DC:

Yes, that's what I thought, Will, based on a little high school French.
  5:10pm
Translator:

Yes, "les yeux fermés" can mean either "the closed eyes," or "the eyes closed," or "one's eyes closed," as in "with one's eyes closed." Riley's title probably refers to the latter of these.
  5:10pm
Josie:

I'm a French Montrealer, "The closed eyes" is a perfect translation.
  5:11pm
pierre:

i can speak for the french by saying that Will is completely, and totally right
  5:12pm
pierre:

Bonjour everybody by the way
  5:13pm
Cecile:

I speak for the people who have French names and aren't French by saying what Josie, Will and Pierre said.
  5:13pm
les yeux fermes:

Je ne peux pas voir!
  5:14pm
les yeux encore plus fermés:

Je ne veux pas voir!
  5:14pm
pierre:

yep, that what having "les yeux fermés" causes...
and Cecile is a beautiful french name by the way
  5:16pm
les yeux fermes:

Mais je peux bien entendre, et le show c'est bon.
  5:17pm
J-Mar:

Je m'en fou. La musique est belle!
  5:18pm
Thierry:

@les yeux fermes: "I heard you looking" (to quote the great Yo La Tengo)
  5:18pm
Cecile:

Danke. I was named after a Dionne quintuplet doll and married a gentleman whose family emigrated from Quebec 150 years ago..
  5:18pm
pierre:

Et bah putain mon p'tit vieux ça cause le céfran dans la casbah
  5:20pm
J-Mar:

Whoops. I meant, Je m'en fous! But actually, I do care.
  5:21pm
Faith No More:

We care a lot.
  5:22pm
Josie (Josée):

Lovely radio show (my first time), lovely listeners.
  5:23pm
pierre:

On s'en fout pas du tout !
Welcome Josie
  5:24pm
Bas, Nl:

Hello Josie! Never too late for your first time failure!
  5:25pm
Cecile:

fails like the first time
  5:27pm
Jack Lalanne:

Strength is part of the show too!
  5:31pm
les yeux fermes:

Someone tell Fabio how to pronounce this title before the next mic break.
  5:34pm
nick:

oh man, this is about to make me lift off.
  5:35pm
Pantagruel:

I am swaying, almost about to dance the giant way...
  5:38pm
BT:

  5:40pm
XYZ:

Turkish! He's Turkish!
  5:40pm
Mariano:

Gueule means throat in slang, but it's used to mean face or mouth as well, colloquially. Pronounced kinda like "gull"
  5:40pm
les yeux encore plus fermés:

"Ferme ta gueule" = "Shut your trap."
  5:41pm
Bas, NL:

'Vrouwen min mannen' at least is dutch ;) "Women minus Men"
  5:42pm
Josie (Josée):

Ploie = sounds like "plwa" : )
  5:43pm
Pantagruel:

And now, I am dancing the giant way.
  5:53pm
nick:

a scott walker we can believe in.
  5:53pm
noah:
