Maybe this is too late to chime in, but....you mentioned you weren't sure who wrote Satisfied Mind. The principal author was a Texas fiddle player named Red Hayes. What makes this worth a comment is that in the very next song you played, Lost Highway, you can hear Leon Payne call out Red's name...."Oh that just flattens me out, Red Hayes." Hayes also cut the original version for Starday Records before Porter got 'hold of it.
