Live Performance by Caravan of Thieves (Fuzz and Carrie Sangiovanni: vocals, guitars/ Ben Dean: violin/ Brian Anderson: bass)
A lively combination of "Hot Club" swing and acoustic pop, Caravan of Thieves has been rolling out their energetic shows from their Bridgeport, CT base for a few years now. These self-described "Gypsy Swingin' Serenading Circus Freaks" are fronted by husband/wife, guitar-spanking vocalists Fuzz and Carrie, and aided by fiery violinist Ben Dean and double bass madman, Brian Anderson. Caravan of Thieves rolled into the WFMU studios for a live set in advance of their December 11th Bowery Electric show.

Parq:

At this point, there must surely be more cheerfully goofy covers of "Boho Rhap" than any other song, ever. This is like the second one I've heard in a week.
  1:24pm
Peter K.:

The Muppets' version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" is the best, but this one is a close second.
  1:26pm
Parq:

Peter, don't forget Weird Al's polka version, not to mention Mac covering it with the Hoof 'n Mouth two marathons ago.
  1:28pm
PKNY:

Amazing version of "Bohemian Rhapsody", kudos!
