  Fri. 9/17/10 9:34pm Martha:

Hi All - Mr. McBee (R.I.P) was apparently a moonshiner in Kentucky - made a bunch of recordings for some Alan Lomax type in the 60s; and of course - we AIM to creep you out!
Fri. 9/17/10 9:38pm Marco In Brooklyn:

Wow! That's real hillbilly music!
Fri. 9/17/10 9:39pm Marco In Brooklyn:

  Fri. 9/17/10 10:56pm rusty beltway:

Boston in 1988?? I just had a Green Street Station flashback: The Titanics w/ Joe.
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:05pm Martha:

Titanics, Flies, Sorry, Straw Dogs, Bags, La Volta, Dogmatics, Meltdown, etc.
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:09pm rusty beltway:

I was a Bags junkie. You stumped me on Sorry. Meltdown...Chris the drummer from Bullet LaVolta's previous band?
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:27pm Betsy:

Hey Martha, sounds awesome as usual. Love the Brother Love!!
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:36pm Martha:

Hey Betsy - thanks for checking in - and that Brother Love has really grown on me - we should get together in the not too distant future as well!
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:40pm Martha:

Sorry - great B'town band - I think only did a reunion concert in the latish 80s - featured Mr. Easly on vox - def. check them out - one of their guitarists went on to play w/ the Volcano Suns - and Chris G. drummed for La Volta and then drummed for Cul de Sac for a bit before moving on - then, of course, there were the L'heads -
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:47pm Betsy:

Wow, that Vertonen was great too. Yeah, would be great to hang soon! I'm packing books while listening tonight; switching apartments Oct 1st.
  Fri. 9/17/10 11:51pm Martha:

Yes - love the Vertonen - and you have my moving sympathies!
  Sat. 9/18/10 12:15am Martha:
