Listener comments!

  3:08am
Woody:

A little something here off of Black Ark for the late, great Noah Howard...
  3:49am
Kees:

Lushus are indeed Dutch http://www.lushus.nl/ They have become rather good, comparing this one song to what I heard & saw live years ago. Good morning from Nijmegen (6 hrs. later) Fine mix of electronics, jazz & rock!
  3:53am
Woody:

Hey Kees-

Thanks for the info! I was in Nijmegen back in March and had a good time. Should dig up that "Videorecorder" 7" from the natives there.
  3:56am
Kees:

Haha, somebody that knows what I mean, when I say Nijmegen!
  4:03am
Woody:

Of course, birthplace of the van Halens, former home of Nina Simone, etc etc.... Legendary Pink Dots too?
  4:14am
Kees:

Yep: One Dot living opposite me in the street (allegedly). Just saw where you played, understand who told you haha: all them (few) people that moved here & moved away from here. Birthplace of Karl Marx's mother as well, which makes us a sort of Bethlehem of marxism? No, not really.
  4:14am
Looms:

Hello from western France.
Referring to Forbidden Planet (the 50s movie), Louis & Bebe Barron's work was credited as "electronic tonalities"; this is pretty funny to read now.
You mentionned LPD, any chance you could play them?
  4:16am
Paul P in Berlin C:

Woody:

Hey Paul P-

I'll see if I can work it in. We somehow ended up at African field recordings so shouldn't be too hard to steer it back :)
  4:40am
Looms:

Thanks Woody!
  4:48am
wifey:

hello from russell street, where someone can't sleep!
  4:49am
Woody:

Who is this?
  4:50am
wifey:

it's me, silly. too much pbr in my belly wakes me up at night, apparently.
  5:16am
Looms:

If these sleep disorders are caused by what i'm thinking of, congratulations!
  5:18am
Woody:

pbr refers to a cheap domestic beer here in the states :)
  5:19am
Looms:

Oops! Okay then! :)
  5:55am
Looms:

Grest broadcast, Woody.
