One of thee 10 best punk songs? I like S.L.F., but I'd put "Teenage Kicks", "One Chord Wonders", "Top of the Pops", "In the City", "Looking After No. 1", "New Rose", "God Save the Queen", "Ready Steady Go", "Into the Valley", and "Sound of the Suburbs" ahead of "Suspect Device". That's not including most anything by The Clash ("Janie Jones" for one) and most anything by The Buzzcocks ("Ever Fallen in Love?" for one). I'd also give the nod to lesser known (but stellar) stuff like London's "No Time", The Starjets' "War Stories", The Chords' "Maybe Tomorrow", Jilted John's "Jilted John", etc. My humble opinion. It doesn't really matter, though, 'cause music is as music does. Either way, Terre, you're the greatest. That's not my humble opinion <3. | |
