Greetings from Natstown, home of the most improbable second-half-of-the-season comeback to be in the history of modern sports. Cleaning the car and cranking the bop, slop and schlock via the Internets. Play on, oh master d-jay!

Hey there, Mr. Rex, were those a great couple of shows at Damrosch Park or what? And how weird it must have been for the Kids to play to an empty, rain-soaked dance floor with the crowd out there in the dark, barely visible behind the fence. Memorable in more ways than one.

I would note, just for general interest, that "Hombre!" is an expression in Spain with a very loose set of meanings, roughly equivalent to the U.S expression "Dude!"

Sat. 7/18/09 2:25pm From: Brian Marshall

Something a bit weird here: I have the Arty and the Supremes 45, but my copy doesn't have "Hombre" shouted out at various points. Could there have been two versions of this record?

more crying on records...less crying in the world

I'm watching the Klaw Bettie Page films and listening to Gospel music and somehow it all seems to make sense....you're nex rex...(so much for sense)
