I've been on the air with Scharpling, the Rampler and others.

But for female air hosts I have to apply the same rule of thumb I'd use in dating. If I look at a female's personality and say, Dating her would be a train wreck, then I'm not gonna call her on the air. It's the same dynamic after all...
