Listener comments!

Sun. 5/3/09 12:23am Wendy del Formaggio:

The more I hear Big Blood, the more I like them/her. I wasn't sure about them at first, but they have really grown on me.
  Sun. 5/3/09 12:35am D. Blumin:

Hi Wendy! That track is from the covers CDR the band made fer the '09 FMU fundraising marathon! Great version of She Sells Sanctuary to be played soon! Thx fer checkin in!
Sun. 5/3/09 12:37am Wendy del Formaggio:

Hi Daniel! How did I miss noticing that? I not only called to pledge a kazillion times, but I was answering the phones nearly full-time! Haha, sometimes I can be so oblivious. :-)
  Sun. 5/3/09 12:42am Nastya O.:

I'm shocked to find myself understanding what the song is about. Elements of high school ukrainian rushing back. Make it finnish again! Trying to focus on some reading here:))
  Sun. 5/3/09 1:04am Pearly Sweets:

Great show as always, Daniel.
  Sun. 5/3/09 1:24am D. Blumin:

Ha! Nastya - had to throw another in there fer you!
Thx, Pearly!

Happy Belated Birthday
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:06am Pearly Sweets:

I tried to babelfish die deume for you, but I just got "the deume" which puts me back at square one.
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:07am Nastya O.:

means hey girl, yeah
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:09am Nastya O.:

and oh these bits of national bloody epics and songs of the hoop-la hey girl (shake it shake it) variety groom my minimal techno german (romantic - pushing through some schlegel at the moment) attuned brain in a strange direction/
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:21am Pearly Sweets:

Speaking of sperm. I had an "I <3 Milt" shirt for a really long time. It was in honor of Milt Jackson... but I can't say I didn't wear it because I knew milt is also fish sperm. Classic college jass humor?
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:26am D. Blumin:

Thx, Pearly! Both fer the wishes and the lookin'.
Considering I played Spunk to start off the show I think we've got the college humor segue sorted! You win!
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:29am D. Blumin:

Thx fer the confirmo, Nastya! Strange directions... Don't wander too far...
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:35am Nastya O.:

Thanks, Daniel.. Won't drift off too far, I promise.. If anything, I'll be brought back by the chirping sounds produced above my head by the new florescent table lamp, for the sake of which I've survived a trip to Ikea Red Hook today. (Sorry for sharing this, but oh this mall adventure was traumatic)
  Sun. 5/3/09 2:52am D. Blumin:

The question is did you or did you not have any of the meatballs? Was that the traumatic part???
  Sun. 5/3/09 3:20am D. Blumin:

I guess that's not much of a question! Over n out! Stay well, everyonel!
Mon. 5/4/09 12:27am momosuke araki jr.:

you're welcome birthday boy!
