Finnish is easy.
You just pronounce every word with the emphasis thusly:
BAH-bah-bah-bah

Of course, the only words in Finnish I know are: Korpiklaani, juustoa, sauna, umikko, Suomi and pankakku
(forest people, squeaky cheese, steam bath, poppy Finland, and pancake.)

Thu. 12/18/08 12:50pm From: Cecile

yes! Very good.

Thu. 12/18/08 12:51pm From: lupica

The time has come for someone to do "Revolution" with Hoof & Mouth, Scott. This version is BUMPIN'.

Thu. 12/18/08 12:52pm From: Matti

And remember the letter J is pronounced like a Y, and the letter Y is pronounced like the German umlaut-U.

Thu. 12/18/08 12:53pm From: Maria

Thu. 12/18/08 12:54pm From: Scott

I remember sitting at a desk much like this one, 15 years ago, listening to "Poledo" and "She Was a Visitor" in that order on a mix tape...and realizing that the horn riff in "Poledo" is from Schumann (where "Visitor" is from Ashley's excellent brain...)

Thu. 12/18/08 2:23pm From: Sean Daily

But was she a visitor? It's a very subtle theme...

Thu. 12/18/08 2:31pm From: paulthepostman
