	2:34am Ben: If you haven't already in parts 1 or 2, you can't finish the dream saga without heavily discussing lucid dreaming; some people are really into practicing lucid dreaming or achieving lucidity for self-psychoanalysis or introspection.
	2:37am Ben: Also, lots of people (including myself) suffer from sleep paralysis, which feels like a vivid nightmare, but during which the individual is actually clinically awake and hallucinating.
	2:38am Joe: I had a boss who was really into Lucid dreaming, he'd been practicing it for years, apparently, but he hadn't yet got to the point where he could initiate sex with the women in these dreams without getting too excited and snapping out of it. True story.
