Corporate Slacker:
Cheers Bill - Pretty much every day for the last 2 weeks I've been working 18 hour days on a corporate buy-out with some bad-ass M&A boys from NY. Joy Division is the perfect antidote - Disorder indeed!

ryon:
there's a pretty good bio of kramer on wikipedia which goes into what he's been doing recently. Didn't know he worked for James Randi, that amuses me.

hey DJ this ain't Punched in the Head, this is Wonderful Subdivision (and sounds like not the better version of it, drum-sound-wise, or maybe not)

Bill Mac:
Sorry.... I usually don't lose my talent for counting until after 4 am.... this kills though
|
Sat. 12/13/08 4:10am
Sonaroj:
"Voodoo Boogie" does kill and I've never found anything else by these guys.

Hi Bill. More Suicide. Being the season to be jolly. 'Dream baby dream'.
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:04am
Bill Mac:
Hey Larry, Yeah, this is definitely the antithesis of good tidings.
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:13am
Larry:
Bill, we all have our predictable favorites. But for me it's not about that. it's about being challenged musically, about the freedom to hear what's not being played on commercial radio. It's about being open to all musical expression
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:16am
sonaroj:
Hey, that's heavy Larry....
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:19am
Larry:
Sorry Sonaroj. How about those Mets then? Yes, I've been accused of thinking too much by people.
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:26am
Bill Mac:
Ooooh, Larry, you better hope he's not a fan. I have to admit to you guys that as eclectic as I try to come off 4 hours every week, much of my music listening time is spent listening to bands I grew up listening to 25-30 years ago. I do however prescribe to learning about new sounds, finding new faves. Always exciting to find the new addiction.

Max:
not a big Dylan fan but this is really good ... and I can understand what he's singing!!!
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:30am
Bill Mac:
I have happily surprised myself. It was during that period in the 80s when he had speech therapy.... Obviously it paid off
|
Sat. 12/13/08 5:30am
Larry:
I agree Bill. You can't run from your formative years, but you can embrace what's different and new instead of living only in the past. Still too heavy Sonaroj?
