  9:21am

  9:29am
Bad Ronald:

Hello Benjamen. Hoodoo Gurus at Danceteria was the loudest concert I've ever been to. My clothing was vibrating violently. Great Shrigley cartoons!!

BW, next Monday will be closing day for County Fairs in Columbia and Rennselear (sp?) Counties in upstate NY. How about doing your mike breaks while on thrill rides? Or else, you could try the same concept at Keansburg Amusement Park .

Real History:

While your guest's love of cinema can be appreciated, her biased criticism of the US re: Korea cannot be left unchallenged and uncorrected.
If this massacre of innocents by US soldiers during the Korean war occurred as the movie stated (and as she believes), this horrible event needs to be presented in proper historical context:
Korea's last queen was assassinated by the Japanese, and the country enslaved for decades.
The US, at terrible loss of life, liberated Korea from the Japanese.
The Stalinist, leftist regime of North Korea invaded the south, in an attempt to enslave them again.
Over 33,000 American soldiers DIED while defending South Korea, and enabled the degree of liberty that they enjoy today.
The Stalinist, leftist regime of North Korea has starved to death or otherwise killed MILLIONS of Koreans in our recent lifetime.

If your guest is going to moralize about a sad incident that the US MAY have been responsible for 55 years ago, yet not breathe a word of condemnation for (I'll say it once again) a murderous leftist, Stalinist regime, your listeners should be alerted that they are listening to the comments of:

someone either ignorant of history,

or a propagandist sympathetic to the Soviet system.
