Oxford-based International Jetsetters were came together through singer/guitarist/sometime Jesus & Mary Chain member Mark Crozer and bass player Bert Audubert. They retain an air of the soaring sonics of J.&M.C. but a bit lean more pop-ward. International Jetsetters have just released their debut album on Planting Seeds Records. The core trio of Mark Crozer, Bert Audubert, and Fi McFall played live in the WFMU studio. |

Ethan, Master of the Hawaiian Ukulele popped in from his Austin base to play for WFMU. He may be just one man playing charming tunes on his ukelele but Ethan's songs have a playful, mocking tone. Ethan, Master of the Hawaiian Ukulele, who contradictally plays most of his songs on guitar, usually performs dressed in a Hawaiian swim suit with lei around his neck.  Ethan communes with the WFMU goose. |
