The lazy calm at the week's start. A few live performances included, but mainly music with an ear tilted toward string-driven things.

I was a big Harmonium fan for at least one of their songs. Comme Un Fou, was very meaningful for me as I was going out with a French Canadian girl from 1975 to 1979 and I was definitely a fool in love then. She gave me the L' Heptade D'Harmonium album, which is a live album, but I could have sworn there was a studio album with that song on it but AllMusic doesn't know about it. The Heptade album is more or less one suite but I only liked Comme Un Fou and a few other tunes near it on the album. I'll have to go back and listen to it find out their names. (I'd be happy to dub it off for you Irene/FMU, if you wanted it. It's a well produced, well recorded album.) Comme un fou, certain...

Ah, Ryan, right you are! "So Good It Hurts" is indeed the title. (Damn the auto-suggest function!) ---Your frequently wrong DJ

I found some translations on line but frankly they seem to be automated. Here is my effort: And the expectation so well forsaid All is dead and so little said So far beyond I searched that nothing was gleaned At any cost one day I had to leave Today I say hello to life Tomorrow my nights will I no longer need It is too late to understand It is too dark to wait We are always looking for some message to inscribe At first upon our heart and then at the graveside So far beyond I searched that nothing could I find But when my song began the sun began to rise

Thanks for taking the time to do this! I had a feeling I got the translation of the Harmonium title wrong.
