Thanks for interviewing one of my favourite people from my favourite band of the 60s and thanks for your email Mike! Pleased to hear that you played my favourite ever song... Needles and Pins! :o))

Sun Dec. 2, 2007 8:31am From: Jim Brophy

Only in the 90.1 listening area, could the Michael Shelley program be heard blaring out live Tom Collins and Conway Twitty as the denizens of the mount hope area were quartering the days deer harvest! Awesome, totally enjoyed without irony. You are a credit to broadcasters.

Tue Dec. 4, 2007 9:29am From: Howling Rabbit

The riff on "When You Walk Into The Room" is the same as on an old Byrds song, or vice versa. The title of the song I can't recall at the moment

Tue Dec. 4, 2007 1:56pm From: Tim Viney

The Byrds used to play "When You Walk In The Room" live in their early days. The riff from "Needles And Pins" was used in "Feel A Whole Lot Better". Also The Byrds' "Don't Doubt Yourself Babe" is very Searchers-like.
