My personal discovery of The Carlisles dates back about 18 yrs and I was practically overwhelmed when I eventually came across them on YouTube after becoming familiar with their recordings . Bill Carlisle earned his "Jumpin" nickname by defying gravity &leaping pretty fuckin high into the air WHILE doin these great songs. It was like seeing iggy footage for the first time after being absolutely won over by the Stooges records
