Favoriting Cratedigger's Lung with Rich In Washington: Playlist from February 10, 2023 Favoriting

Rich in Washington's avatar View Rich in Washington's profile Favoriting

A three-hour exploration of excavations from the farthest reaches of humanity's hellish collective brain, through records, tapes, CDs, mostly scoured from country bumpkin thrift stores, creepy charity shops, backwoods junk stores, and even the internet - all mixed live. We don't judge, we just play 'em. Hosted by Rich in Washington.

Yeah, the whole working-class blue-collar millionaire thing applied to the Fords, too. Typical populists. John Tory is our most recently disgraced mayor, as of tonight. He is supposed to be a much better version than what came before, but in reality he's a shareholder and an adviser for one of our major monopolistic phone companies. He's been called out for conflicts of interest, but y'know, why not vote for corporate toadies anyway? Everyone loves corporations.

Totally. They were broke and miserable until they had some semblance of a hit record. Those romantic touring in a bus days were great for those of us that saw them BiTD, but from their telling, those weren't exactly happy times for them. Can't blame them, right.

I think I did a Halloween show with em at Powertools in Houston- do remember I was tripping and then after careening through Houston in a vintage ragtop caddy with Dino Lee and King Coffee- then Debby Pastor let me fool around with her but for only 15 minutes exactly- did I mention I was tripping throughout?

I was in a band that warmed up for the Buttholes at a theatre in Austin. Really nice guys, but Paul and Gibby were kind of cranky with each other.
