	11:40am Bob: I just read Quentin Tarantino's new film book Cinema Speculation and can't say enough good things about it. Really good. It made me rewatch a bunch of 70's exploitation films and some I've never seen like Rolling Thunder with William Devane and Tommy Lee Jones. Fantastic film. Also watched some Bronson movies I always sort of avoided.

Really the key is just a good skillet that you MUST heat in the oven until very hot. Then pour the goop in and bake on 375 until it's good and brown.

Really the key is just a good skillet that you MUST heat in the oven until very hot. Then pour the goop in and bake on 375 until it's good and brown.
