Hi everybody - As many of you already know, our streams - ALL of our streams - have been very sick since Sunday morning. The problem started when we plugged in a required new circuit from Cogent, our main Internet Service Provider.
John's continuing to try to resolve this, but it may take another few days. If it can't be fixed, we will try to put things back to the way they were prior to Sunday.
The dropouts on the stream affect all players, and all streams, but they are intermittent. Things might be fine for a few hours, and then suddenly everything goes to hell. Most of the time when the streams drop out, they can be restarted immediately but the listener has to hit "play" again. But when the dropouts get bad, it happens over and over again.
I'm sorry about this. It's driving me crazy. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
