The concert was a wonder transporting us to a space of collaboration and togetherness. Arriving at the museum at 5p after bus to 42nd street and a glorious ride down the greenway seeing sun set and over BK bridge up to Grand Army and into my seat setting up and painting the concert. You are a wonder!

There's a Moonins store in the main indoor shopping center here in Turku ( undoubtedly in Helsinki as well ) The film "Tove" was a big hit last year and was very well done. Wonder if it was released in the States.

While we were striking, a group of students occupied the University Center and released a list of demands, including all As for this heavily disrupted semester which did not allow them to do their best work. Unfortunately it's been distorted in the media as whiny privileged students demanding all As, but it's a complicated situation at a school that has a lot of problems.

While we were striking, a group of students occupied the University Center and released a list of demands, including all As for this heavily disrupted semester which did not allow them to do their best work. Unfortunately it's been distorted in the media as whiny privileged students demanding all As, but it's a complicated situation at a school that has a lot of problems.

Similar storm last year took out a tree on my block that mashed a few cars; luckily nobody was hurt (basically ice built up so fast on the upper branches that it just fell over and got pulled out of the sidewalk). Also took out cable and Internet.
