	♥ 9:55pm Wendy del Formaggio: Destroit, I'm concerned the fridge is too cold and the wrong humidity for aging your cheese, but it's not a total no-no. The basement is the best option, as long as you can keep it protected from mice and other cheese-loving critters. Also, make sure you turn it periodically to distribute the moisture. I'm no affinage expert, but I can tell you that much.

The Fleshtones were playing, and there were some of the "old timers" there too, digging and dancing -- one dapper gentleman in a sports jacket, waving his handkerchief around while dancing, exclaiming, "I LOVE THIS!" -- i miss those days

Road dogs who gained the respect of everyone even if they weren't into the music. Band had a huge falling out between the singer and guitarist who are brothers last year when they broke up.

The basement is the best option, as long as you can keep it protected from mice and other cheese-loving critters. Also, make sure you turn it periodically to distribute the moisture. I'm no affinage expert, but I can tell you that much.

Road dogs who gained the respect of everyone even if they weren't into the music. Band had a huge falling out between the singer and guitarist who are brothers last year when they broke up.
