The lids of the cans bore evident to his efforts to figure out how to open them on his own and cut out the middle man! The terrible, chilling truth was clear. I had to sit down and explain how second-order thought would reveal that without me around, supply would dry up. He seemed to get it ... sixteen years later, and I'm still here, at least.

If you don't know about it, Mark Morris Dance Company recently premiered a new evening length dance piece with Burt Bacharach music arranged by Iverson and performed live with the dance. 	♥ 5:44pm Handy Haversack: Irwin, when Voltron the cat was young, I found his Cat Lab supervillain lair under the bed, where he had hauled several cans of cat food, a fork, and a bowl. The lids of the cans bore evident to his efforts to figure out how to open them on his own and cut out the middle man! The terrible, chilling truth was clear. I had to sit down and explain how second-order thought would reveal that without me around, supply would dry up. He seemed to get it ... sixteen years later, and I'm still here, at least.

And absolute power corrupts absolutely. Taking the "sixth" away from someone may help them instead, before it's too late for them. Is there a Talmud discussion on this (independent of the '6' numerology as well which could be a distraction from the moral care issue)...

	♥ 5:46pm _Ike_: I need to give Toasty and Steve some extra treats for being so chill and undemanding compared to all these other cats I keep hearing about. Though if I'm late with breakfast, Toasty will purr extremely loudly to wake me up, or just sit next to me and slowly reach out and put a paw on my face, which is weird. But not the worst possible feline wake-up method.

	♥ 5:49pm _Ike_: Steve came from the shelter with the name "Steve Rogers". I was going to rename him Chicken, because he's afraid of everything. But somehow Steve just stuck. I couldn't do anything about it. The name just wouldn't go away.

	♥ 5:51pm Irwin: I adopted a rescue kitty named "Barbara." It's a great name, but not for a cat. Rechristened her Midnight (she was an all-black Bombay).
	🎸 ♥ 5:51pm Matt from Springfield: Honey (or jam) is a sweet fitting end to a chicken meal, but most of my biscuits are just butter. Mac 'n cheese goes good with chicken, but watch out about getting it on the biscuit. And consider all the carbs and fat from that addition.

	3:54pm ?: Ethan Iverson was the pianist who left the Bad Plus. If you don't know about it, Mark Morris Dance Company recently premiered a new evening length dance piece with Burt Bacharach music arranged by Iverson and performed live with the dance. I've seen it twice and the music is really terrific. Incredible vocalists too.
