	♥ 12:25pm Carmichael: I once sat down with Mike Pinder of the Moody Blues (he lives up the road here in NorCal) and had a talk about the good ol' days. He told me the story of the gong at the end of the song "Lament". He said it was just sitting there in the corner of the studio, and they felt compelled to include it somehow. Pinder got the job of bashing it, and he said his body vibrated more than the gong.

	♥ 12:28pm fred: @Bryce: Pretty cool, actually, it matched his universe. There was a big collage of receipts, train tickets and show tickets. A few classical paintings that from up close turned out to be blown up museum tickets (you could faintly see the entrance date and time that were printed on the back), rolls of receipt paper with classic books printed on them (or at least the first page), a few blown up pizzeria receipts done in ceramic, a video of meaningless commercial "thank you" messages. And a printer at the entrance to print you a receipt saying "I saw it!" with a serial number.
