(+ there's the fact that many non-asians are allergic to soy)

	♥ 8:02pm coelacanth∅: hi alexandra ... i was diagnosed with sodium deficiency several years ago, for the record.(hair analysis was part of the testing process) i don't think it's that uncommon, but probably rarely diagnosed. sodium chloride wont fix it. things like celery, onion, sea vegetables -and if necessary sodium compounds other than w/chloride.

September 3, 2022: Rob and Katie's Labor of Love
The twenty-first edition of an annual late summer tradition: Rob Weisberg and longtime sidekick Katie Gentile play radio ping-pong, trading tracks back and forth. Rob bounces popular and unpopular music from around the world off Katie's vintage and contemporary indie rock. It's genre-clashing at its FMU-iest.

Rob, as you may know, is an unpaid radio DJ and record geek. Katie, on the other hand, is an academic, a Gradiva Award winning author, open-water swimmer and violinist in the band The Special Pillow.
