I am unable to lucid dream consistently, but I have done a trick where I ask myself "am i dreaming?" at the top of every waking hour so that when I sleep, I will ask myself "am i dreaming" at the top of the hour when I am dreaming. It has worked sometimes. Usually when I become lucid my brain will play pranks on me in the dream though.

I do feel all the energy of the faces you see/accumulate do add up after awhile. And then they do often show up displaced in dreams.

Zoe, I just took a quick look at a couple videos and VP may be a little bit theatrical for my taste. But as that stuff goes they DO seem pretty interesting! And for being so specifically early '80s they seem to hold up pretty well while offering a nice glimpse into that particular time. I'd say worth a look/listen!!
