	♥ 1:16pm Zinn The Mood: Make my own “fries” at home. Cut half a 5lb bag of Russet potatoes into fry shapes then throw into a large metals bowl. Splash extra virgin olive oil all over them then head to the spice rack: cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, and whichever ancho or chilie pepper powder you like. Toss the whole thing, spread out on pans and cook at anywhere from 425-500 to crisp them. At about 12-15min depending on temp turn them to cook on other side.

	♥ 1:16pm Zinn The Mood: Make my own “fries” at home. Cut half a 5lb bag of Russet potatoes into fry shapes then throw into a large metals bowl. Splash extra virgin olive oil all over them then head to the spice rack: cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, and whichever ancho or chilie pepper powder you like. Toss the whole thing, spread out on pans and cook at anywhere from 425-500 to crisp them. At about 12-15min depending on temp turn them to cook on other side.
