	🦀 ♥ 10:22am Listener Gregory: On Dave Sewelson's show, I heard Sara Schoenbeck mention Wayne Horvitz's East-West Quartet, which she and Miles were members of. I had forgotten about the group, even though I have two CDs. It is a great setting for Miles, as it is more like chamber music than the usual jazz quartet.

I saw that one first-the pork shoulder in the recipe was what I found intimidating-leaning towards small ribs. We have close friends, very Italian families, pre-pandemic they had us over for Christmas dinner with family and made the most amazing gravy, ribs, meatballs, sausage, that's the picture I have in my head...

I had forgotten about the group, even though I have two CDs. It is a great setting for Miles, as it is more like chamber music than the usual jazz quartet.
