@Billy Jam: very Fortunate here, no flood damage 1st floor appartment. Some flooded intersections- I saw dozens of ruined cars on the side of the expressway the next morning.
That night i was driving a 16 foot box truck & around ten pm the city shut down the BQE

Those basement apartments and people who the storm really effected is about 1 mile east. Lots of hard working people lost all their worldly possessions
