I'm at a hotel in the Quarter for a couple of days because power always goes out on my block whenever the wind blows. The Quarter's the best place to be in a storm. It's the high ground, has underground power lines (impossible in the rest of the city besides the adjoining CBD), plus the hotel has a generator. Mr. Pumpy!
