This is such an amazing and poignant song. I still get mail from my place's prior tenant, but at least she lives in the building. BUT...once in a blue moon I get mail for a lady who lived at my place at least 3 tenancies ago.....kind of spooky.

A friend of mine inherited the loft he grew up in on Greene Street and he has never moved out-it has been his address since birth. His Dad passed in the early 90's and he STILL gets jury duty summons addressed to his late father as well as morbid stuff like...funeral home and cemetery ads addressed to his late Dad. He's been keeping a photo log of the snarky replies that he's been writing on the envelopes along with the Return to Sender general stamp....
