A guy went through ORD a few times a week for regional work travel. He bought full fare refundable international 1st class tickets and got access to full rides in United’s supreme club. He would refund and get another and go over and over for a couple years. The best sushi on earth, best booze, best steaks, best massages and furniture and toiletries. An audit was done after inventory was off and they found out it was him and changed the rules. That was a kick ass scam.
