I watched all six parts of McCartney 3 2 1 last evening. A bit underwhelming, but you need to watch each to the end as they play some great songs during the credits. Macca shares some insights, but overall, I feel it was a warm-up to his 900 page Biography slated for publishing.

those old beatles press conferences were so fun and a great way to get insight on the dynamics between the four of them. one great moment was when a press guy asked if there was an acknowledged leader in the band and paul immediately looks over at john who stands up and in front of the 3 of them and says "no not at all".

Taking it back a few weeks, it would have been great to ask Steve Cropper about what happened to the deal where The Beatles were negotiating with Stax to record there, just before Geoff Emerick got promoted at EMI and made history with them on the Revolver sessions...I'd ask Macca about the Stax deal too. It would be interesting to hear both sides

I have to disagree. I prefer beyond burger because impossible comes out of the package with a fairly strong designed flavor. Sorta smoky grilled meat flavor, which is great. But beyond has less flavor out of the package and you can customize with whatever- onions, Worcestershire, soy etc.

I would ask Sir Paul about Jimmy McCulloch.who is sadly overlooked. "Medicine Jar" hit me hard in my personal life and the guitar work is phenomenal. Even Stern is too palsy-walsy to ask anything but pre-interview questions. Macca's legacy is assured, but he has gone Russian historian and won't be completely honest.
