PG&E reports 38 customers w/o power for San Mateo. could be related to local issue. Only thing about smaller outage, is how much priority to getting it fixed.

I agree Hyper. Have you ever seen Simon of the Desert by Luis Bunuel? He uses echo to a good effect at the end of the movie when Sylvia Pinal is doing a wild dance to a surf rock band.
