* Muddle four black raspberries in 1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
* 2 oz. light rum
* 1 oz. Suze
* Ice to 1/2" from top of rocks glass
* Top with soda
*Garnish with 5-6 more black raspberries

Hellaciously good!

Polkas always remind me of being at my cousin's wedding in Kansas. Very Polish family. I was about 8yo. My cousin's new husband about dislocated my shoulder during the Flying Dutchman. Holy moly.

Polkas remind me of weddings because I used to work in a banquet department at a hotel. Weddings were generally stressful events. Polish weddings were a fucking blast.
