Also couldn't figure out why I had a headache until I realized it was past 3 and I hadn't eaten lunch yet! Just fixed that with some reheated pizza beans. Pizza beans, BTW, are the total move and I feel personally cheated that I did not discover them until very recently, which means that I have spent more than half of my life not knowing about pizza beans which is profoundly unfair.

Started watching the movie and ... hhhoouuuf that was .. not for me! (not right now anyway). So thanks (to you Fabio? the site's curator? The Universe?) for avoiding me probable unnecessary painful reading and an awkward session with what-would-have-been new acquaintances. Also, super glad I can go back to my ongoing quite interesting reading (will mention it if anyone is interested in 60's author, forgotten or made invisible from what I understand, with a Beat-sensitivity)

	🎸 ♥ 4:00pm Threemoons: There's a million recipes out there but I rolled my own. Beans cooked plainly with bay leaf and peppercorns until still firm but cooked through properly. Drain, set aside. Sautee carrot, celery, onion, and garlic if you want. Season with a little salt. I dumped in some Italian herb mix from Penzy's at this point. Simmer a bit then dump in a can of tomatoes (big guy 28 oz) and mash up stuff in pot. Check again for seasoning; may need a pinch of salt, or a dash of vinegar, or both. Salt and more pepper as needed. May also need a bit of water.Once simmering and almost at a boil, put in your beans and give a BIG stir. Let simmer a bit more then put in oven at 375 or so, and let it boil open in the oven for a bit (oven prevents burning on bottom). Once you're over it/a nice crust has formed on top, take out of the oven. Top with a lot of shredded mozz and a good amount of parm. Put oven up to 475 and pop beans back in until cheese is melty and gooey. Enjoy!

Also couldn't figure out why I had a headache until I realized it was past 3 and I hadn't eaten lunch yet! Just fixed that with some reheated pizza beans. Pizza beans, BTW, are the total move and I feel personally cheated that I did not discover them until very recently, which means that I have spent more than half of my life not knowing about pizza beans which is profoundly unfair.

	🎸 ♥ 4:00pm Threemoons: There's a million recipes out there but I rolled my own. Beans cooked plainly with bay leaf and peppercorns until still firm but cooked through properly. Drain, set aside. Sautee carrot, celery, onion, and garlic if you want. Season with a little salt. I dumped in some Italian herb mix from Penzy's at this point. Simmer a bit then dump in a can of tomatoes (big guy 28 oz) and mash up stuff in pot. Check again for seasoning; may need a pinch of salt, or a dash of vinegar, or both. Salt and more pepper as needed. May also need a bit of water.Once simmering and almost at a boil, put in your beans and give a BIG stir. Let simmer a bit more then put in oven at 375 or so, and let it boil open in the oven for a bit (oven prevents burning on bottom). Once you're over it/a nice crust has formed on top, take out of the oven. Top with a lot of shredded mozz and a good amount of parm. Put oven up to 475 and pop beans back in until cheese is melty and gooey. Enjoy!
