Tagging or filing here in free time to keep some sort of organization as well. Pretty organized these days... but 2 months ago shoved almost 1500 records in a closet just to get them out of the way.... slowly pulling lps out and discoving stuff like a shop.

I got bit in the butt once accidentally updating my itunes and lost ALL of my playlists---I must have had almost 500+ ones made---weird sub sub sub genres----I had to rebuild via my ipod! haha But now I make sure to tag or group the playlists so it doesn't happen again

Sometimes (although that sucks so hard) it's clean to start fresh. I lost everything I downloaded from the late 90s to 2010 when a HD crashed. Freezer to taking it for recovery did nothing and it clicked like a mother. Started over and took a break from digital for a few years and now my collection digitally is more tight, keeping it like my record collection.. purge and organize the good stuff. Used to mass horde digital.

Still have a number of Roadium Mixes here, picked up from Kobey's swap in San Diego. Knew of KDAY but was too far down south. My plug-in were the mixtapes and in late 1987 moved back to the SF Bay Area and there it was all about Cameron Paul and his KMEL mixes (and EFX/Juanito mixes) for me.
